How do i get this kid to forgive me for something all the times i bullied him last year when he doesnt let me near him enough to apologize?

Well, if you bullied to the point where you made him scared to even be in your presence, you know that you've done a serious crime. Write him a note or send him an email telling him you're sorry. He'll come around eventually, or maybe he'll never forgive you at all. But I do know that if he's a nice kid, then he'll forgive you for whatever you've done to him. I expect that now you've learned a valuable lesson about bullying. Think twice next time before terrorizing another kid. But remember this: you can't make him forgive you. Only he can make the right or wrong choice in forgiving you.
