How do you be friends with ghosts or spirits?

From what I can tell, you don't pick them, they pick you. If your lucky they won't pick you at all. Old Testament, book of Eclesates, chapter 9 says 'the dead know nothing, as asleep in their graves'. So if you do see a 'ghost' it most likely is not the spirit of a dead human. There are two types of energy, good and bad, they come from only two sources, God or Satan.
