How do you get a police bike on canis canem edit?

In "Canis Canem Edit" (Bully), you can obtain a police bike by completing the mission titled "The Big Game." After successfully finishing this mission, the police bike will become available for you to ride around the school and town. Just look for it parked in specific locations or ride it when you see it in the game world.
