Where do you find the guy that gives you the lot super ultra mega park in Skate 3?

In Skate 3, you can find the guy who gives you the “Super Ultra Mega Park” near the central area of the game, specifically in the “Port Carverton” region. Look for a character named "The Boss" who is located at the "Skater Island" area. Once you approach him, he will offer to unlock the park for you. After completing his challenge, you’ll gain access to this expansive Skateboarding area.
