Who are Church's Chicken Corporate Officers?

My name is Alisha Moore: email Address: wamo25@fcdjfs.franklincountyohio.gov I live in Columbus Ohio and yesterday evening I opted to go there. Bad decission. I ordered one of the managers special which is 6 boneless wings and fries for $2.99. I ordered to specials. I waited almost 15 minutes for my order, while staff was joking and playing with each other and other known customers. No problem. I finally get my order, only to arrive at home which is 3 minutes North of that location to find out I had nothing in the two boxes that I ordered. I immediately took the food back and waited another 15 minutes, no one apologized for the error nor told me my order was now ready. Had I not got irratated and asked what was the hold up I may have sit there no telling how long. I got home and my fries were cold and the food wasn't good at all. I basically was out of $5.98 because I dared not go back with another complaint". However; this practice is totally unexceptable.
