Is jealousy a proof of love?

No way. Jealousy is a sin, in fact. It is a proof of not being satisfied or happy with what you got. If you are jealous, then it shows that you are a weak person, as you want more and therefore you start to feel that you expect more from your life, than what you already got. It is not a good thing to be jealous.
