What are the communication types of conflict?

Affective conflict: Results from interpersonal relationships formed among individuals and the individual's emotional climate. Occurs when individuals do not like one another, is a power struggle between individuals or choosing which roles individuals will perform.

Ideational conflict: Centers on the different opinions individuals have on hot to define problems, generate solutions, set and apply criteria and select among competing alternatives.

Procedural conflict: Differences of opinions about what procedures to use during discussions.
