Should I see a doctor Is this serious?

Ok, so the past 3 days I keept pintching this nerve just bellow my neck right? Well..I'm really scared... something is up with my back. It's not just the pintched nerve any more, now my whole spine hurts and my neck, it's also giving me a headache. And where the pintched nerve kept happening has a coolish-warmish feeling, kinda like it has vix or musle relaxer rubbed on it.... My shoulder(the one just an inch from the pintched nerve) feels as though someone punched it. I havn't done anything to injusre my back...Nothing. Everything I do makes me feel like I want to stretch but it just hurts. Is this serious? What should I do? I'm only 16 so I shouldn't be having back problems, I'm usually very healthy.
