What happens when you stick a key in USB port?

First of all I'm using Protemac Logon Sentry soft. It creates a usb key from a usual usb flash drive.

When i put on my usb flash there is a window where i can insert a passwod. If it's righjt it i can access to my Mac. If no - you have an another try!
