Where do you get Defog in Pokemon Platinum?

in diamond and pearl its a guy in the great marsh game in pastoria city i do belive its the same in platinum to Not it's in the solacean ruins at the right of town
go to solaceon town and go to its ruins go all the way down until you get to a room with four pokeballs. one of the pokeballs holds the HM defog.
