Electronic dash light won't come on. This is a 1989 Eddie Bauer. How do you fix this?

If this is the electronic Cluster. Take 4 or 5 screws off the cluster cowling on the top of the cluster area. On the back of the cluster is light holders that twist in. If memory serves me you need 2-194 lamps use long life preferable.
