Why every time you turn your car it makes a loud clicking noise it feels like something is going to brake?

Sounds like a cv shaft that is bad, the joint in particular. If you look under the car, going to both front wheels there will be a shaft going from the transmission to the wheels. At each end of the shaft will be boots, you probably have one that opened up some time ago.
