How often does the cambelt need to be changed on a Nissan 2.2 diesel almera 2004 with 50000 miles?

if its the timing chain u mean then never.but if rattling then have it changed it cud set of misfiring codes etc.but if its the serpertine belt u mean then just check for noise wear or tear or replace .
