In Mexico, at least, Mexican Scouts, talking about US Scouts, say "Scout Aguila or "Eagle Scout". When talking about their own highest ranks, they have "Scout Aguila", "Scout Tigre", "B-P", the highest ranks in their different age groups. Check other Latin American countries.
