What do you do if you r going out with a guy but you like someone els but you dont want to hurt that person?

you should hurry and choose. the longer you wait to do something about this, the more pain your both gunna feel. and if your meant to get back together, then it'll happen.
i would break up with him. just to see what happens.. chances are, someones going to hate you by the end of this..
