If you want to become a psychiatrist do you have to take 6 or 8 years of college?

well you have to go to college for 2 years then get a degree in university then go to medical school for a foundation of 2 years then a final 5 years to get your qualifications! it all adds up to about 12 years! i did it and i really enjoyed it.
