What was grace wexler job in the westing game?

In the beginning of the novel, Grace Wexler has no occupation but plans to be a decorator. Later on, she works as a waited in Shin Hoo's restaurant. At the very end, she carries on Hoo's business (now renamed Hoo's on First) and opens up nine others.
