Persoanlly, I'm an electrician, but ironically an ex girlfriend and two life long friends entered the field you've asked about and this is what they've told me. The starting salary range for an entry-level position is about $27000 - $32500. You must also take into consideration the area of the country/world in which you would be applying for said job. The cost of living factor of that area and the size/history of the company you were applying to may also very well change the salary level to fluxuate accordingly. Cheers, hope I was SOME help.
