What is filmstrip projector?

A film projector is designed to project moving images from film from long reels. Filmstrip projectors are designed to project sets of single, stationary frames from much shorter film pieces. The film projector is designed with a high-intensity bulb that cannot be stopped on the film, lest it burn a hold through it. The cooling system and lens system of a filmstrip projector allows it to remain on a strip for a long time with no damage.
