How to get a tattoo license in Tennessee?

You are required to apprentice for 1 year under an artist that has been licensed for a minimum of 3 years in TN.

Go make some friends, see if you can't land an apprenticeship.

A one year apprenticeship does not equal a license, the artist must then vouch for you once it is complete.

You also have to take a class or two and then pass a few tests from the health department.
