How to build a toy car wash?

Step 1: cut out fringes from foam paper

Step 2: glue this onto a piece of rolled cardboard

Step 3: cut out sections from the old box; two sections is enough

Step 4: assemble the rolls; used as cleaning brushes and waxing brush

Step 5: add fringes at the entrances to show the opening
