Can I get evicted from my house I am 19 years old?

I currently live in PA. I give my mom my paychecks.

I do not engage myself in any illegal activities such as drugs or underage drinking. I am currently a community college student commuting from home and I have a 4.0 GPA. I also have a job and everything I make from there is given to my mom. Ever since I have turned 18, my mom always threatens that legally she could quote "Kick me the f out" since I'm an adult. Yet how can I support myself when she refuses to let me keep my checks? Also, what if only one parent consents to the eviction?
