Looking for instructions on how to use ID 070301B toy text messenger?

Most of the toy text messengers require an identical unit to work. One does not work alone.

I have an identical unit. So how do I use them together?

Put both units on chat, enter your message. Push the send button and then press the second call button(lower left, not the one that says private) the second unit should then have the text message. Good Luck
