Antidepressants if you have an eating disorder?

i was given floroxitine (sorry for bad spelling) a form of Prozac for eating disorders- it helped level my moods so i was less likely to act on something, or be triggered. it is especially given for bulimia because it supresses apetite leading to less binging and purging.
