Why can the lok sabha control the executive more effectively than the rajya sabha can?

Lok sabha (the house of the people ) can control the executive effectively as compared to the rajya sabha( council of states). the most important weapon in this regard of executive control is no confidence motion passed in lok sabha against the govt, and in terms of money bills lok sabha has a sole authority to criticize the government schemes while it is devoid for rajya sabha(limited only to advising).
