In fire red and Pokemon LeafGreen how do you get to Sabrina?

After you've beaten all the previous gym leaders(Brock, Misty, Lt. Surge, and Koga), and have obtained the tea from celadon, you can fight Sabrina, whose gym is in Saffron. Your Pokemon should be lv.'s 40+.
