What if the husband no longer lives with wife and sees another woman what are the laws?

My husband moved to Georgia, with the intention that I also would be moving there with him. I recently found out that he has a live in girlfriend. In the state of Wisconsin if that happened the women could be arrested for prostitution. Is the law the same in Georgia.
