What cruise lines offer the least expensive Caribbean cruises?

Carnival offers some cruises that are several hundred dollars cheaper than other competitors such as Royal Caribbean. Their cheapest is US$369 where as Royal Caribbean's cheapest is US$799. Quite staggering savings!
