Yes, its fine i had my first kiss at 10,people think 11 year olds are like 5 year olds and they don't know what love means but they do and its fine that you and your bf love each other that much that you want to have your first kiss, so, go ahead is my advice but, don't do it in front of your friends, they will start to laugh, i made that mistake :P
