Is the US Congress part of the Judicial branch?

The powers that Congress has over the Judicial Branch are:

• May impeach Supreme Court justices (for cause)
• May reject appointments to the Supreme Court
• May change the number of justices on the US Supreme Court
• May change the appellate jurisdiction of any court, including the US Supreme Court
• May establish or dismantle "inferior courts"
• May initiate constitutional amendments affecting the courts
