How do you recognize a leader?

A leader is often recognized by their ability to communicate effectively, inspire others, make tough decisions, and take responsibility for their actions. They often demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, empathy, integrity, and the ability to bring out the best in those around them. Leaders also tend to have a clear vision for the future and the ability to motivate others towards achieving common goals.
