1. Have a couple of books out. Say what book, and then make a fill-in-the-blank.
You can easily find every single letter in the alphabet in almost any book. So, use, for example, in School of Fear: The Final Exam, the first letter of the third row of page 114 is I. Use i in they have to put I in the fill-in-the-blank.
2. Use something everybody will easily know about that vaguely may describe a place. For example: This clue is in what is always full to moms and always empty to kids: the fridge.
3. Taylor Swift does this with all her song lyrics. In the clue, the capital letters, if read lone, spell something important. In Taylor's case, it is the name of the boy she's talking about. In your case, it's what they need to look for. Create a riddle relating to the strategy.
