Where is a good store to find cute cheap cloths in manteca?

I'm not sure if there is a store in Manteca, but: Forever 21!

It ships mostly world wide and has really cute clothes for pretty amazing prices:)

For example most of their jeans are $10-20. And the quality isn't bad!
