Why is Jeff hardy not wrestling?

Jeff hardy has returned. is is better then ever........i know Jeff has in the past taken time off to recollect his thoughts with the business but he cames back relizing that is was the one he loved and was great at......i know he was suspended one time because of a failed drug test wwe offered him rehab but he turned it down. Jeff hardy cleaned up his act and was let back in and then he took time off which i stated before
