What difficulties did Henry Hudson face during his voyage?

He got sea sick, threw up on his first mate, who then challenged him to a duel. Henry fought bravely but was soon out-numbered as the crew contained 7 of the first mate's brothers who all, in-turn, challenged him to 7 separate duels. Also, he was blind and he couldn't get a seeing eye dog because he had a severe phobia of anything with a tail.
