• First you could possibly get a bag (paper, better for the environment) and go for walks in the morning like I do and pick up the trash on the side of road and throw it away in a trash can nearby.
• Second you could clean up pet waste.
• Third if its not yours it doesn't matter.
• Pick up trash and do a town cleanup.
