What has replaced the medical abbreviation WNL?

WNL means Within Normal Limits, or around the water cooler it means "We Never Looked". That was in the days of handwritten patient evaluations. With the switch to electronic documentation, there is a "Normal" Box to check if there are no negative findings for that option.
