He's right, in Florida it is perfectly legal to move a car blocking the car you are trying to repossess. I am actually looking for the Florida Statute that actually says it, as we have a car that is being blocked, but we don't want to move it, just in case the guy does come out, without something written explaining that we are allowed to do it.
