How can you manage the drink orders of a guest party of 100?

Unless you plan on hiring some local help, you're not going ot be able to accommodate that many people. Just put the set-ups (gin, vodka, whiskey, wine, and sundry mixers), clean ice, and cups on a table or two or three around your house, and let your guests fend for themselves. Keep the beer, wine coolers, and soda in a cooler somewhere easy to find and access. You're the host, not a servant.
