Can you breastfeed during an Atkins diet?

Yes you can breastfeed while on the Atkins diet. I did the Atkins diet right after I had my 1st child and there were no problems. I had even asked my Daughters pediatrician and he said there was no problem as long as I took a multi vitamin everyday. I love the Atkins diet, worked for me and I lost about 50 pounds in 3 months time. If I needed to lose weight, I would definitely do it again.
