When did Mike Borassi leave Survivor Samoa?

Mike Borassi left Survivor: Samoa on Episode 2, upon competing in the Reward/Immunity challenge (which consisted of a battle for control of three balls while attempting to throw the ball in the opposing tribes basket). After the challenge, Jeff asked Mike to stay and be examined by medical. The medical team decided that his injuries were severe and he needed to be removed from the game.

The tribe still went to tribal council where Betsy was eliminated from the game.

That challenge, also caused injuries on Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, and has now been deemed too dangerous. It will not be used again on future seasons.
