What can eukaryotes do that prokaryotes can't?

Eukaryotic cells have membrane-bound organelles while prokaryotic cells do not. In a prokaryote, the organelles just float around in the cytoplasm like jelly. In a eukaryote, the organelles have membranes and do not just float around.
