What type of tanning oil do you put on a snake skin?

Most folks buy a kit called Rittels or some other form of snake tanning solutions. Mostly its half glycerin and half dentured alcohol. Neats foot oil is also a good way to go to. I've also seen a skin soaked in antifreeze that looks and feels great. It can't be used to make a belt or hatband, but it works if you want to hang the skin.
