Can commercial vehicles trvel on powhite patkway in Virginia?

The Powhite Parkway consists of a section of VA76 and VA195. Neither road, nor the Powhite Parkway as a whole, is listed as a restricted route in the 2011 Rand McNally Deluxe Motor Carrier's Road Atlas, nor does either route show any low clearances. So, tentatively, it would see that the answer would be yes.
