Which regions of the world have a significant population of Amish people?

In the US, the state of Ohio has the largest Amish community with around 55,000, followed by Pennsylvania (centered mostly in Lancaster county) with about 51,000. In third place is Indiana, which has roughly 38,000 Amish people.

The Canadian province of Ontario has a sizable Amish population as well.
