It depends on the condition. A 1932-D quarter is a key date and worth much more than scrap, but like most coins it depends on the condition.
Since it is cleaned, you cannot go by the straight grade since it is much lower due to the cleaning.
Assuming a light cleaning, if your coin is well worn it would be worth about $50. If your coin was circulated but not very worn it would be worth about $75, if your coin was in almost perfect condition had it not been cleaned it would be worth about $150.
If your coin was more heavily cleaned, it just depends on how damaged it is. Even though it is cleaned and therefore damaged, it still is worth more than scrap and far more than face value.
