How do you cut a turkey's wings so they do not fly?

It's not easy, 1st you have to catch the turkey (very hard to do) 2nd you must slightly and gentily cut with scissors some feathers of one of the two wings. And that's it, but never cut both feather form both wings it will make them balance and fly again.
