What are some social and political issues relevant to women and LGBT people in the US?

Some of the social and political issues relevant to women and glbt people in the US are the same as relevant to the other gender. Is our child healthy, are you healty yourself, employment, love, politics, insurances etc. All men amd women are created equal, and questions like this keeps the gab alive.
