How many people where at Princess Diana wedding?

I am not sure about this marriage but in following Royal Wedding 300 million people were gathered at one time in one day.

The Royal Family at the Wedding of H.R.H. Princess Margaret with Anthony Armstrong Jones 1960.

I believe this is largest public gathering in the history.
