Does Yuki love Zero in Vampire Knight?

Zero is in love with the human Yuuki, but when she becomes a vampire he threatens to kill her because she is a pureblood. The manga is still being written but he still more than likely will love her.

In the manga Kaname says "a vampires hunger can only possibly be quenched by the blood of their loved one." Then after Zero kissed Yuuki and before he drinks her blood he says to Yuuki that he only desired her blood meaning her blood only filled him. In a way it shows that he loves her, this is shown with the message that like Kaname her blood is the blood of his loved one.
